Refund Eligibility Criteria

    The request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
  2. Course Completion Limit
    Refunds apply only if less than 30% of the course content has been accessed or completed. This includes videos, assignments, and downloadable files.
  3. Purchase Source
    The course must have been purchased directly through our website. We cannot process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
  4. One Refund Policy
    To prevent policy abuse, we allow only one refund per customer across all our courses.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
  • More than 30% of the course has been completed or accessed.
  • You’ve already requested and received a refund for a different course on our platform.
  • The request appears to be fraudulent or abusive (e.g., mass downloading content).
  • The course was purchased with a promotional “final sale” or “non-refundable” disclaimer.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include the order number, email address used for the purchase, and the course name.
  3. If applicable, mention your reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve).
  4. Our team will review your request within 3 business days and initiate the refund if the request meets our policy.
  5. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase.
  • Partial refunds are not available — all refunds are for the full amount of the course price.
  • If your request is denied, we’ll always notify you with a clear explanation.
  • Once the refund is issued, your access to the course will be revoked.
